Abstract: 

The goal of this article is to proposing a conceptual model explaining the Information Systems Integration. In this paper, passing the concept of Intra-ORGANIZATIONAL Information Systems Integration, we emphasis on the concept of Inter-ORGANIZATIONAL Integration. The problem is what the Information Systems Integration is, and which problems the organizations face. The method using in this research is a four step method proposed according to the system thinking and related theories in this DOMAIN. Due to the fact that, emphasizing on the Inter-ORGANIZATIONAL Information Systems, at the first step we draw an EXPANDED conceptual model of the ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATICS Doman between the two organizations. After that, this model expands within the network of organizations. This model has a lot of applications. For example, using this model, we can provide a list of the important and required managerial and technical issues for the successful implementation of integration projects, which these expensive projects and programs will fail without this notification. Moreover, aggregating cognitive propositions extracting from this model, we are able to achieve an initial theory regarding Information Systems Integration.

Abstract: 

شناخت بی نظمی های اداری که مختل کننده فعالیتهای سازنده و پویایی گروه می باشد کمک شایانی به مدیران و مسوولین سازمانی می نماید تا از این رهگذر در صدد پیگیری و درمان آن برآیند. در این مقاله در ابتدا مقدمه ای در خصوص آسیب شناسی سازمانی آورده شده است و سپس علل بوجود آورنده و ماهیت آنها مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و در ادامه انواع آسیب های سازمانی و نقش آنها در فعالیتهای سازمان توضیح داده شده است.

Medical INFORMATICS, an emerging multidisciplinary field at the intersection of medicine, technology, and information sciences, is believed to significantly impact health and medical practice. 1 Nowadays, it is not strange to see new approaches for producing, measuring, and monitoring digital biomarkers using implantable sensors, wearable devices, and mobile health apps on intelligent platforms and knowledgebased systems. Tapping an app icon on a smartphone might save a human life. Mobile health apps can assist patients in managing their medical and health issues, especially in the case of chronic diseases. Mobile apps can also facilitate clinical diagnosis, treatment, and even medical procedures for health professionals. Introduction & Background: Inclusion of INFORMATICS issues in radiology practice and education is no longer an interest or a research topic. Information technology has affected many aspects of radiology practice much further than technologic advancement of new imaging modalities. The aim of this article is to briefly review the role of computers and IT in mod-earn radiology. Image: Acquisition (CR / DR / DICOM), Storage, Processing (3D reconstruction, Edge enhancement, Contrast change, etc), and Perception of image for computer aided detection are all real example of IT applications affecting diagnostic imaging. Management: Radiology information systems used for multiple purposes (Resource management, Financial management, Report management, Workflow man-agreement) are professional and specialized manage-mint information systems used in imaging depart-mint. Decision Making: Image understanding, Reference databases, Decision support systems may be considered as examples of how IT may improve the decision makings of a radiologist. Education: E-learning in radiology has many advantages to traditional education including reproducibility, use of multimedia technology, distant education, multi-user or even multi-center educations are among them. Digital teaching files can easily replace old film files especially considering the wide avail-ability of originally digital images. Communication: Internet and teleradiology have broken the boundaries of place and time. Consultations, grouped radiology services, overseas practice and countrywide imaging archives are all possible using internet and HTML technology. Wireless tech-neology is growingly included in intra-departmental and intra-hospital radiological image and information transfer shows promising role in emergency radiology. Reporting: Speech recognition, Structured reporting, Multi-media reporting are example of electronic re-porting depicting emerging change in radiology re-ports that were less affected and improved until last decade.

Abstract: 

Medical INFORMATICS is a developing body of knowledge concerned with the use of information and communication technology in support of medical research, education and also for promoting health care delivery. The field focuses on the biomedical information, patient data, and also acquisition, storage, retrieval and optimal use of information for solving problem and decision making. The goal of medical INFORMATICS is to help health care workers improve their way of working and the outcome of their performances. There is a variety of classification types for the different applications of medical INFORMATICS among which Telemedicine, Electronic Medical Records, Information Retrieval and Decision Support Systems are the most important. Different applications of medical INFORMATICS can contribute to better outcomes in patient care and decrease the costs of health care services through error reduction, providing patients with their needed information and supporting physicians with updated information and related knowledge.
